NTA UGC NET Exam Pattern of Paper I & II

The National Testing Agency (NTA) University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) Exam Pattern for Paper 1 and Paper 2 is clearly discussed here. Both the UGC NET Paper 1 and Paper 2 exam will conduct on CBT / Online or Paper pen mode. The Paper contains Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude, Reading Comprehension, Communication, Reasoning (including Maths), Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), People & Environment, Higher Education System: Governance, Polity & Administration of 9 subjects are use to prepare the question paper. The total 50 questions and 100 marks in Paper 1 Exam.

The NTA UGC NET Paper 2 Exam Consists of Selected Subject (given in syllabus post) as Objective Multiple Choice Questions model. The total 100 questions, each answer seek 2 marks so the total marks of 200 is prescribed by the official board.

Examination Centres (Cities)

The Centres (Cities) where the Test shall be conducted are given at Annexure-I. It is mandatory for candidates to select the States/Cities (any four of their choice) while filling Online Application Form of UGC-NET June 2020. Effort will be made to allot Centre of examination to the candidates in order of the City choice opted by them in their Application Form. However, due to administrative reasons, a different city of nearby area may be allotted.
