SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd has announced the latest written exam for the post of Customer Service Representative (Clerical Grade) CSR to fill 30 vacancies, all the applied candidates now looking for preparation materals. Here candidates check the SVC Bank CSR Exam Pattern 2020. The SVC Bank Customer Service Representative (Clerical Grade) Exam Question Paper prepare from the subjects like General/ Financial Awareness, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, General English and Quantitative Aptitude . Totally 190 questions and total marks of 2020 is prescribed by the official board. The 2.40 hours of exam duration will given for every applied candidates at the time of exam to complete the test.

The exam is Computer Based Test in objective type / multiple choice questions. The 1/4th of marks will be deducted negative score for every wrong answer.

Education Qualification & Age Limit

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Management Studies, Accounting & Finance, MarketingManagement from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer operation Candidates who have completed MBA (2 years full time or 3 years parttime/distance learning from a recognized University or Institute having AICTE accreditation), will be eligible to apply irrespective of their graduation qualification in any discipline.

Note: In case of candidates where the University has awarded CGPA/OGPA score, the percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in the last two semesters by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honors / optional / additional optional subject.

Candidates born not earlier than 01/04/1990 and not later than 31/03/2002 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply. Maximum Age of 30 as on 31.03.2020.

ID / Document / Certificate Verification

In the examination hall as well as at the time of interview, the call letter along with original and a photocopy of the candidate’s currently valid photo identity such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Permanent Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer on official letterhead/ Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead/ valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University/ Aadhar card with a photograph/ E-Aadhar card/ Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity Card with photograph should be submitted to the invigilator for verification. The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted.

Admit Card & Call Letter Download

Candidates will have to visit the Bank’s website for downloading call letters
for online examination. Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through
email/SMS. Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he/she can access the window for call letter download. The candidate is required to use (i) Registration Number/Roll Number, (ii) Password/Date of Birth for downloading the call letter. Candidate needs to affix recent recognizable photograph on the call letter preferably the same as provided during registration and appear at the examination centre with (i) Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof as stipulated in clause C of this Guidelines Document and also specified in the call letter and (iii) Photocopy of the same Photo Identity Proof as brought in original.

Choice of Region and Centers for examination:

Online Exam for the post of Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Clerical Grade will be conducted in centres at following locations:

Mumbai – Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane/Greater Mumbai
Pune – Pune / Pimpri Chinchwad

 The examination will be conducted online at venues mentioned in the respective call

 Any request for change of centre for examination/ interview shall NOT be entertained.

 Bank, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre (either within the state or outside the state) other than the one he/she has opted for.

 Choice of centre once exercised by the candidate will be final. If sufficient number of candidates does not opt for a particular centre for “Online” examination, Bank reserves the right to allot any other adjacent centre to those candidates OR if the number of candidates is more than the capacity available for online exam for a centre, Bank reserves the right to allot any other centre (either within the state or outside the state) to the candidate.

 Candidate will appear for the examination at an Examination Centre at his / her own risks and expenses and the Bank will not be responsible for any injury or losses, etc. of any nature.

The best time to study is in the morning itself. So, make sure you have got enough sleep at night so that you can get up early and cover what’s important.

Candidate should start to plan properly and create a suitable timetable to study.

Allocate time to learn new topics as this means learning everything.
